We sell B2B software in three German-speaking markets — Austria, Germany, and Switzerland — and our agency had been running one English keyword list across all of them. Iurii's audit included proper per-market keyword research: actual search demand in DE-AT, DE-DE, and DE-CH, plus the technical changes we needed (hreflang, regional canonicals, locale-specific schema). The keyword findings alone reshaped our content plan. We've already shifted three landing pages and are seeing impressions climb in Search Console.

Iurii built our entire B2B platform from scratch in a remarkably short time — a fully multilingual webshop covering 32 European markets in 28 languages, with automated VAT calculation, VIES validation, Stripe payments across 6 methods including SEPA and bank transfers, server-generated PDF invoices, and Notion as our CRM. Everything was integrated and working end-to-end, not just a prototype. As someone responsible for both sales and operations, I especially valued that he understood the business side — compliance requirements, B2B buyer expectations, different payment preferences across markets. He wired up the validation calls in our checkout, set up the webhook for VAT status changes, and walked us through the edge cases — what to do when a customer's VAT registration is suspended mid-contract, how to handle VIES outages without blocking the order. The whole integration was production-ready in a few days. Two months in, the webhook has already flagged a customer whose VAT got suspended, which would have meant invoices we couldn't legally issue.
