I had a validated idea and a deadline tied to an accelerator demo day, but no product. Iurii helped me cut the scope down to what actually needed to exist for launch and pushed back hard on the features I thought I needed but didn't. We shipped a working MVP in six weeks with real users on it by demo day. The honest scoping at the start is what saved the timeline โ it would have been easy to let me build twice as much and miss the date.

Most projects fail not because the code was bad, but because they spent months building the wrong thing. An MVP flips that โ you ship something real, put it in front of real users, and learn before committing to a full build.
I work from Finland (UTC+2) with founders across the EU and Nordics โ building lean, deployable MVPs. I've built them for SaaS tools, internal dashboards, fintech platforms, and e-commerce products. The goal is always the same: a working product you can show to investors, users, or stakeholders โ built lean, but built properly.
"Lean" doesn't mean throwaway. The codebase you get is clean and production-ready โ something you can actually build on, not something you'll need to rewrite in six months.
We identify the one thing the MVP must do well. Everything else goes on the backlog.
A written spec: what's in, what's out, what the first milestone looks like. No surprises.
Working software from day one. I share progress regularly โ not just at the end.
Deployed to production, with documentation. You can run it, extend it, or hand it to another developer.

I came in with a 40-page spec and Iurii immediately told me half of it didn't need to exist for the first version. That was uncomfortable to hear but he was right. We launched a much smaller MVP eight weeks later, got it in front of paying customers, and three of the features I'd been precious about turned out to be things nobody used. Saving that build time funded the next round of changes that actually mattered.

We had six weeks before an investor meeting and needed something real to show, not a Figma deck. Iurii scoped what we'd been planning down to a tight MVP, pushed back on three features that would have eaten the timeline, and shipped something that actually worked end to end. We got the term sheet. The pushback on scope was the single most valuable part โ every other developer we'd spoken to just nodded along and quoted the full version.
